PRESENTATION Instructions for presentation are shown as follows:     • Instructions for Oral Presentation     • Instructions for Poster Presentation   All speakers are requested to wear your name card during your presentation (both oral and poster). This means that the presenting author must be a registered participant of the CCA2010.

Instructions for Oral Presentation   Please bring your presentation file, in PowerPoint or PDF format on a CD or USB drive, to the presentation table (next to the reception desk) at least 15 minutes before your session starts. These files will be loaded onto a PC and prepared for your presentation.    If you must use your own computer, please notify the presentation table when you arrive for the meeting. Since swapping out computers creates delays and the time schedule is tight, please only request this option if you have special software needs for your presentation.    For governmental agency presenters: if required, please be sure clearance information is included on the first slide of your presentation.    The specifications of the computer for oral presentation are as follows;      • OS: Windows 7      • Application software: MS Power Point 2007, and Adobe Acrobat Reader Instructions for Poster Presentation   One poster session will be held on Oct. 29th. Please mount your materials on the panel posting your program number.
